Ten Defining Games In 2008

College football is just around the corner. To get ready for the season Sports Illustrated has compiled a list o of the ten defining games in 2008. Here in big 12 country it doesn’t get any bigger than October 11 when Oklahoma and Texas lock horns for this years rendition of the Red River Shootout. Or for you PC fuckers out there, the Red River Rivalry.

While it’s no guarantee the two Red River rivals will make it to their Shootout unscathed — Oklahoma faces early challenges from Cincinnati, Washington and TCU; Texas faces old nemesis Arkansas — they’re still likely to be vying for no less than a Big 12 championship. Between them, the two schools have won five of the past six crowns (though the Sooners claimed all but one of those).

Piss & Moan: The Resurrection Edition

… And we’re back. It’s been a long weekend here a Sqwable Headquarters (A.K.A. my couch). Thursday it looked like I had a database problem and had to reinstall WordPress. I followed the directions completely, but unfortunately things did not work out as planned. When I got things back up the galleries were still screwed. Instead of going through the process of fixing each post one by one, I decided it would be in my best interest to just scrap everything and start fresh. I did go ahead and backup the old database, and I saved all of the galleries. My plan is to bring all of the galleries back ASAP. As for the videos and the rest of the content I’ll bring it back at a much slower pace.
