The Fuck Windows Vista Edition
Last week I was mandated by the powers that be to upgrade… um, destroy my laptop with Windows Vista. Obviously I was less than excited about migrating to a lesser operating system. After a ghosting accident and wiping out some important data, two system crashes, and subsequent reinstalls, I finally have everything running smoothly. So what do I have to say about the latest, greatest offering from Microsoft? It sure is pretty. That’s it. Pretty. As pretty as it is though, that Ubuntu install on my portable USB drive is looking more and more appealing every day.
